About Yasmin

Extensive experience in a variety of customer service roles provides Yasmin with vital tools to attend to the needs and requests of Jellis Craig Property Management clients and fellow team members. 

Key among these are Yasmin’s organisational and communication skills, especially important in a customer-centric industry such as real estate.

“I rate professional communication, task organisation and time management as the three most important skills I bring to my position in reception,” Yasmin said.

Yasmin draws on customer-focused experience and exposure gained in previous roles in the automotive industry, as well as the hospitality and retail sectors, to provide timely, efficient and constructive assistance to Jellis Craig clients.

“I will always find a way to assist customers or will consult a member of our team to endeavour to ensure our property management clients receive the required responses and action,” Yasmin said.

Yasmin’s skills are complemented by a Master of Architecture qualification from Deakin University and previous employment as an assistant architect overseas, providing her with a wider and more diverse understanding of the property field.
