Proactively supporting the Jellis Craig Brunswick Property Management team, Nick expertly coordinates all aspects of the leasing process, from the initial open inspections to the meticulous screening of rental applications.

Nick's previous experience in banking and customer service has prepared him well for the fast-paced, customer-centric field of property management. His ability to plan, manage and prioritise his time allows him to seamlessly manage multiple tasks simultaneously. With perfectly honed customer service skills, Nick continuously strives to provide renters and owners with the highest levels of care and satisfaction.

Nick takes the time to engage with prospective renters and learn about what they are seeking in their preferred rental.

"I discuss their priorities in terms of location, size and budget so that I can identify suitable properties to show them," he says. "I find that renters value this very personalised approach, while property owners appreciate having renters that are a good fit for their property."

Nick maximises occupancy rates for his clients by leveraging the extensive Jellis Craig network to access a large pool of suitable renters.

For Nick, real estate is more about people than property.

"I really enjoy interacting with renters, getting to know a bit about them and helping them find their perfect rental home," he says.
