Nichola Coultish

Nichola moved to the Macedon Ranges in 2003 from suburban Melbourne and has never looked back, she is proud to call it her home. Two children keep Nichola and her husband busy on the weekends being involved in many sporting clubs along with catching up with family and friends.

It was no surprise that Nichola followed her dream to work in real estate after having family in the industry whilst growing up. Nichola heads the Jellis Craig Woodend and Castlemaine Property Management team having commenced her career in real estate 1988 after obtaining a full real estate licence.

Nichola’s detailed consideration when matching renters with rental providers is a result of her genuine desire to ensure the best outcome for her rental providers’ investment. Additionally, her excellent listening and negotiation skills result in gaining the respect from both renter and rental provider alike.

Extensive knowledge of our regions’ rental market is a core asset of Nichola’s. Her thorough understanding of the governance and best practice for all matters concerning Property Management provides a valuable support to our entire Property Management team. Nichola is a vital member of this team.
