Marion emigrated from the UK over 14 years ago and has a strong background in sales, particularly working with clients who are looking to downsize or relocate from other areas. She prioritises building trust and rapport with clients, genuinely listening to their needs and ensuring she delivers on their desired outcomes.

"Selling a house can be an incredibly stressful time for vendors. I ensure that I have a real understanding of my client's priorities so I can assist them in making decisions that maximise their chances of a successful outcome," she says.

Having lived in Mount Martha for the past 12 years, Marion has a genuine affinity with the local area and loves promoting the incredible lifestyle on offer.
