About Maree
Maree Azzara began her real estate career 22 years ago as a receptionist, where she gained hands-on experience in every facet of the industry, quickly developing a strong foundation in real estate operations.
It was during this broad introduction to the business that Maree discovered her true passion for Property Management. She transitioned into an assistant role within the Property Management department, eventually becoming a Portfolio Manager in Mount Waverley and then Glen Waverley. Maree was later entrusted with the opportunity to establish and lead a rental department, a position she held for five years.
This diverse experience has allowed Maree to work with a wide range of clients, providing her with a unique understanding of their needs and expectations.
“Every role I’ve had in real estate has given me a deeper understanding of the industry, but it’s the relationships I’ve built with both clients and staff that make this work so rewarding,” Maree says.
Now, as the head of the Property Management Department, Maree’s extensive experience, strong leadership skills, and approachable nature ensure that both staff and clients receive exceptional service.
Her dedication to providing outstanding customer care and fostering a positive environment makes her a trusted and invaluable leader in the field.
