About Grant
Since 2005, Grant has assisted his community in Whitehorse with the sale of their homes and investments - and living with his young family in the heart of leafy Blackburn, after having attended St Luke’s Primary in Blackburn South, then Emmaus College. Grant is currently the President and Chair of The Avenue Neighbourhood House @ Eley, a wonderful not for profit community organisation supporting the families and at risk individuals in the City of Whitehorse, Grant is well and truly a local.
Grant has been ranked in the Top 100 Agents in Australia and is an Auctioneer of the Year finalist, and enjoys longstanding relationships with his clients, who value his genuine and honest approach. Grant is also highly experienced in working with a wide range of tradespeople to prepare homes for sale, as well as assisting with property development and project management, working to guide and support his clients throughout the entire process. Grant loves working together with his wife Talia, a sought-after copywriter with more than 15 years’ writing, PR and marketing experience. Together, they ensure your property attracts the right buyers to achieve a premium result. With close to twenty years of local real estate experience, working with more than one thousand buyers and sellers throughout his career, it is Grant’s impressive reputation as an engaging and accomplished auctioneer that helps to set him apart - many of his clients have approached him after attending one of his lively auctions and witnessing firsthand the outstanding results he generates.
