Chanel Dimitrijeska’s passion for property started as soon as she left high school. After beginning her career in reception and climbing through the real estate ranks, she discovered an enthusiasm for assisting and working with clients. It was then that Chanel knew her future lay in residential property management.

As a property manager, Chanel’s key attributes include her talent as a strong communicator, her hardworking nature and excellent negotiation skills. Perhaps her most important trait, though, is her ability to truly comprehend the unique position of the landlords she works with.

“Property is often the biggest investment in someone’s life, and I understand that it may be hard for clients to hand over the keys to their valuable asset,” she says. “I always approach my clients as if I am representing my own investment property. This means being a great listener and problem solver, and always being positive and solutions-focused, even when difficult situations arise.”

On top of her professional qualities, Chanel has received numerous high achievement awards for her work in property management. Having been based in Melbourne’s north for most of her career, Chanel also boasts a thorough knowledge of the northern suburbs rental market, which she uses to position her clients’ properties for success.
