Highly engaging, and having spent nearly a decade building a reputation for excellence in customer service, Ashleigh Garch is an asset to the Jellis Craig team – representing the values of the company perfectly. Ashleigh’s passion is helping people, and combined with a love for real estate – she has been able to shine in her career. Ashleigh describes one of the most rewarding aspects of her career, as being able to play an integral role in the end to end sales process of selling a one’s home - helping her clients buy their first property, downsize to a more manageable property, or secure their dream home.
Born and raised in Eltham, Ashleigh’s local knowledge of the Diamond Valley is second to none. She loves the area in which she has spent her entire life, and continues to do so having recently bought her own home in a neighbouring suburb. The experience of buying her own home allowed Ashleigh to be on the other side of the sales process and consequently, she has a clear understanding of what a stressful and emotional time, buying and selling can be. Because of this, Ashleigh works endlessly to ensure the entire process is as seamless as possible for her clients.
Ashleigh is extremely motivated and driven, and has an eye for detail. She is a skilled negotiator and is dedicated to achieving the best possible outcome for her clients.
Working alongside Director & Auctioneer, Aaron Yeats, Ashleigh is part of a highly successful team that provides a high level of customer service through open communication and creative marketing.
In her downtime, Ashleigh loves to spend time with her dog as well as family and friends. You will also find her in the local area going on walks or attending a reformer pilates class when time permits.
