As manager of our leasing team, Alicia supports our leasing consultants to find and secure high quality tenants for every property. She also manages administration to deliver a seamless experience for clients, defined by thorough communication and solutions-focused service.

As the team strives to achieve high occupancy rates and successful leasing arrangements, Alicia's attention to detail is vital.

"I make sure property marketing, open for inspections and leasing agreements are all executed in a timely and professional manner," Alicia explains.

After starting her property management career in the NSW Snowy Mountains, Alicia moved to Melbourne and joined Jellis Craig in 2015. Her work ethic and team spirit made an impact – and she was soon voted Most Valuable Player by her office peers.

Alicia is passionate about customer service. She motivates all team members to provide new and existing clients with impeccable service.
