Nick Dowling – Chairman

Nick Dowling was appointed Chairman in March 2024 after serving as CEO and Director of the Jellis Craig Group since 2011. During his tenure on the board, he has been instrumental in the growth and evolution of Jellis Craig into one of Australia’s leading real estate businesses. With over 25 years of industry experience, Mr Dowling has also held pivotal roles at Macquarie Group and served as a Non-Executive Director at REA Group, North Melbourne Football Club and Assemble Communities. A passionate advocate for addressing societal challenges such as mental health and homelessness, he is a Founding Director of the Jellis Craig Foundation and Rise Initiative Ltd.

Andrew McCann – Chief Executive Officer

 

Appointed CEO in March 2024, Andrew McCann brings more than 25 years of experience in the real estate sector to the role, most recently serving as Managing Director at Jellis Craig Stonnington and Yarra. Recognised for his strong leadership, strategic vision, and impeccable professionalism, Andrew is committed to building on Jellis Craig’s industry-leading reputation and strong ethical foundations. Andrew Keleher – Director

With more than three decades of experience in real estate, Andrew Keleher is Director of Jellis Craig’s largest office group, spanning five offices from Manningham to the Yarra Ranges. Known for his commitment to exceptional service, technical expertise and deep industry knowledge, Mr Keleher has built a high-performing team that consistently delivers outstanding results. Specialising in acreage properties and consistently ranked as one of Victoria’s Top 50 agents, Mr Keleher is a highly regarded authority, respected mentor and member of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria.

Peter Nankivell – Non-Executive Director

Peter Nankivell is a seasoned commercial lawyer and company Director with more than 35 years of experience in corporate advisory, finance, and mergers and acquisitions. Peter was formerly the chair of Partners at Herbert Geer Lawyers, and currently consults for Thomson Geer Lawyers and is a Director of Supra Capital Limited. He has previously served as Director for the Centre for Eye Research Australia, and variously Vice President, Director and Board member of the Hawthorn Football Club from 2014 to 2022.
