Widely known in the Geelong business community, Wayne Buttner has more than 20 years’ experience in leadership positions across the media, sporting and real estate sectors. With broad knowledge of the local property industry and exceptional people management skills, he drives a business-wide culture of innovation and success.

A strong communicator, Wayne works collaboratively to empower all members of the Jellis Craig Geelong team to reach their full potential.

Wayne works closely with both sales and property management teams to ensure they are well resourced and supported by seamless processes to help deliver exceptional outcomes for every client.

A strategic decision-maker, Wayne guides Jellis Craig Geelong’s operations with a focus on performance and leadership. He couples financial acumen with an ability to identify opportunities and think outside the square.

With qualifications from the Australian Graduate School of Management, Wayne welcomes the opportunity to share his insights and mentor colleagues to excel.

Wayne has actively supported charitable organisations at a local level, including Barwon Health, Relay for Life, the Amy Gillett Foundation and the Vinnies CEO Sleepout.
