Vicki Lekanis is an esteemed professional in the property management industry, renowned for her leadership and expertise. As the Head of Department for Property Management at Jellis Craig, Vicki has dedicated 25 years to the field, demonstrating a profound commitment since the age of 19.

Her career began with an Inner-City Agency where she first began in Sales, transitioning into Office Manager and then pivoting into Property Management and business ownership, where her true niche was established. Having worked across all facets of the industry, and across all types of property and demographic Vicki says, "I've been a property manager for more than 19 years, and have plenty of passion and enthusiasm for the industry. I'm now leveraging my vast experience - from units to government property management to premium and award-winning homes, to mentor a team and achieve sustained success," says Vicki.

Having led the team at Jellis Craig Bayside & Glen Eira for over six years, Vicki has in 2024, transited to the Inner North West team to be closer to where she now resides.

A Licensed Estate Agent with a Certificate IV in Property Services, Vicki's qualifications are complemented by her ongoing professional development through the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Her leadership is characterized by her hands-on approach and ability to drive change effectively, ensuring her team excels and adapts to the dynamic real estate market.

Vicki's personal experiences further enrich her professional insight. Having purchased, sold, and renovated properties, she brings a practical perspective to her role. Her depth of experience and personal understanding of the property market has established her as one of the most highly regarded Heads of Property Management in the industry.
