Jamin Silluzio

At an early age Jamin developed his passion for real estate which came as no surprise considering his father, Lou, founded the business in 1992.

Jamin completed his Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Melbourne and after a successful management consulting career with Accenture, he achieved another goal by taking the helm of the family business in 2006. His enthusiasm, dedication and strong work ethic, along with a passion for every facet of real estate, have been the cornerstone of the business’ continued success. In his time as the Managing Director of the business, the team have become the number 1 selling agents in the area, growing by almost 6 times and managing over 3,000 properties but without losing the important core “family” values which are crucial to ensuring each client is impressed with their result and the manner in which it was achieved. Jamin has a great understanding of people´s needs and a professional and knowledgeable outlook concerning today’s real estate market.

A business based mindset, continual training, hard work and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life has earned Jamin the respect and loyalty of his many clients. Friendly and outgoing with a keen sense of humour, Jamin believes honesty and integrity are crucial elements in today´s marketplace.

Jamin was raised in Eltham and Ivanhoe, attended local schools and was actively involved in local sporting clubs which has helped him gain an excellent knowledge of the district´s great attractions and fine amenities which he strongly conveys to potential purchasers. When not working, Jamin´s favourite activities include keeping fit, golf, skiing, surfing, yoga and spending quality time with his growing young family.
