A property manager since 2021, Gigi has the maturity, composure and a great local knowledge to help you lease your investment properties in the Port Phillip, Glen Eira and Bayside areas. She is clear and to the point, is extremely conscientious, is organised and has a great sense of time management to ensure both renters and rental providers feel valued and are happy with her efforts.

Gigi believes that it’s important to keep renters happy because when they stay longer, it means less vacancies for her rental providers, and that has to be a win-win for all. Gigi prides herself on her availability.
