Approachable and proactive, Field Services Consultant Kaeli O’Brien is dedicated to supporting exceptional outcomes and providing outstanding service to Jellis Craig Ballarat clients.

A skilled communicator with a keen eye for detail, Kaeli enjoys assisting renters to find their perfect home. She also supports the wider Jellis Craig Ballarat Property Management Team, helping to ensure optimal management of every client’s property.

Kaeli honed her organisational skills in the hospitality sector, where she managed venues from a young age, contributing to business development and growth of sales. Her goal-driven approach gives her clients the confidence their valuable property asset is in safe hands.

"I aim to make the rental process as smooth and stress-free as possible, while always focusing on helping clients maximise their returns," she says.

Kaeli’s optimism and sense of humour make her a pleasure to deal with. She quickly builds rapport with people from diverse backgrounds and is genuinely motivated to see renters and clients achieve success. 

As a keen netballer, Kaeli gives back to the Ballarat community through coaching and involvement in the Eureka Netball Association.
