Jellis Craig has celebrated the opening of a new and larger office in Richmond, located near the town hall at 369 Bridge Road, a location that enjoys excellent exposure to passing foot and vehicular traffic.

The move to a building next to local rival, Hocking Stuart, follows strong growth in Jellis Craig's Richmond business over the past three years. Director Clayton Smith says his team is looking forward to going head to head with the competition on Bridge Road.

"We often come up against each other for listings and property management clients, and with this move we’re taking that to a new level by literally competing for business on the street," said Clayton.

The new office is in a corner location on Bridge Rd and Griffiths Street, and gives our clients a tremendous advantage in what is a pretty spirited market.

Sales from our previous Bridge Road office have grown by 35 per cent in the past three years and the number of properties we manage has quadrupled.

Both sales and property management remain active and healthy and we’re looking forward to increasing our profile in and around Richmond and the inner city suburbs.

The new offices have been completely re-fitted with a thoroughly modern décor and the building commands a striking street presence with innovative new window displays. On the very day they were installed, the television-like screens caught the eye of a passer-by who saw a property he liked and bought that very same day!
